From the white "Moshato Alexandrias" variety are produced the white dry wine VSOP "Limnos" and different types of exceptional sweet wines that are very popular countrywide and abroad.
From the red variety "Limnio", that it is locally known as "Kalampaki" and has been mentioned by Aristophanes as "Limnia Ampelos", comes the excellent Red VSOP "Limnio".
